Actor, Kofi Siriboe, who is currently starring on OWN’s Queen Sugar has been cast as the leading man in first-time feature director, Angel Kristi Williams’ new film, Really Love. Siriboe plays an up-and-coming painter who breaks into the competitive art industry and must choose between a whirlwind romance and his budding career as a successful painter.
Really Love, is the newest film from Charles King‘s team at MACRO starring Siriboe, also includes Tristan Mack Wilds, Naturi Naughton, Uzo Aduba and Yootha Wong-Loi-Sing, who will play Siriboe’s beautiful love interest. Really Love is set to begin filming this summer in Baltimore and Washington D.C.
Until Really Love premieres, you can catch Siriboe on Queen Sugar, the movie Girl’s Trip and also his own production, WTF Is Mental Health, a short film documentary that explores mental health among young black people.
